In this post I’m going to show you how to get signed to a major label, by using smaller feeder labels to give you a leg up to where the real action takes place.
The system is quite simple and it allows you to stay away from trying to impress majors right away.

- In every music scene there are smaller labels that sign acts on small 3 single deals and then free them to take a bigger record deal with the majors.
- Find out who these are by researching who similar acts to yourself use to be signed to.
- Polish your act then get these smaller labels to see your show.
Once you have made sales for a smaller label, the majors will come sniffing!
