6 years ago James saw the writing on the wall for his day job and decided to start an online business as backup in case the worst happened. By sheer force of will and determination he pushed himself to work four hours every evening and was able to financially replace his management position at Mercedes-Benz, kissing the rat race goodbye after 3 years of dedicated focused effort.
