An Amazing Guide to PR For Musicians

I’ve been catching up on some reading this morning after a couple of days working on a super secret project. I came across an unbelievably great guest post on Michael Brandvold’s blog by Christopher from PRThatRocks.com.

There are not many ways to build a torrent of fans to your site than getting a feature in a targeted publication…

Christopher says “Learning the ‘Black Art’ of the music industry was no easy task.  “Fahgetaboutit!” my Brooklyn-born father would remind me… “Get a normal job, you need to make a consistent salary, so you can raise a family and be happy… like me!”  For 30-someoddyears, for an executive desk job he hated, Dad was on the Long Island Rail Road at 5:30 a.m. to downtown Manhattan and then returned home at 6:00 p.m. looking like he helped an elephant each day push out a kidney stone… from the inside.  But I digress….”

    Music promotion through online methods may help to get the better results.For increasing PR of musicians one should use the best method of music promotion.Nice post.
